My WACOM tablet came today, I'm no illustrator, but my plan was to use it in order to further my Graphic Design doings. Anyways, just installed it on my shitty laptop just now and did my rough sketch of 4-CREATIONS and some cat looking thing lewls.

I mean, physically what does it do to the body of her victims?
Does it liquify their blood into that black stuff?
If so, would Claire, Peter, Adam, and now Sylar be able to die from this ability, since it's their blood that is the main 'ingredient' in which causes them to heal?

First day of school was today, which was pretty much like any other first day of a class, boring. With my schedule in mind, I'm able to plot out how life will conduct itself for the next 16 weeks, with work and rl ;v

Thursday: Classes 930am-9pm (90min worth of breaks)
Friday: Class 930-noon, potential 200pm-800pm work or potential self-project* work time
Saturday: Work 600am-230pm, homework and/or self-project* work time
Sunday: Homework and/or self-project* work time
Monday: Quick homework**, Class 100pm-600pm, rest
Tuesday: Work 600am-230pm, rest, Class 630pm-900am
Wednesday: Work 600am-100pm, Homework and/or self-project* work time

Filling up each week will be about $40 (as long as gas doesn't go up)
Car insurance every month will be about $90
Total monthly expenses will be about $250

If I have a 20-25hr work schedule every week, I should net about $600 a month, which is good since I had originally projected gas to be much higher and my monthly income around $50 after monthly expenses...

Srsly, wtf!
I think I'd rather use Netscape over it, fcking god.
Most of the day was used to implement the rotating content feature, which gave me a shit load of problems, but it seems to be working...with Firefox and ONLY Firefox -__- sigh. IE down right doesn't care for it, nor does it care for some other shit, which is causing a headache. Safari likes everything except for the rotating content, sigh x.x

Maybe everyone should just fucking use Firefox, that would make me happy.
I added some black border bars in that weren't present compared to the original design file.
My code has turned out to be incredibly messy, errors here, errors there, lacks any good organization, RAHhhhH!~

Hoping it isn't raining tomorrow, if it is, I guess I'll be back here working on the mther fcking code again.

If anyone can help me out with the retarded conversion for IE and Safari so it doesn't act gay and look gay, that would be jawesome!! Yaaaa...

*FORUM NOTICE*
I'm not exactly sure when the forums will be back up.
I've bugged Aesh constantly, eventually sending an email to Takius in which he talked to Aesh on my behalf. I came home yesterday to msgs saying how I'm so impatient, that the servers hardware was literally dieing and he was moving "my fucking shit" to a Linux box.

Now, I understand his anger, but the forums have been down for almost 2 full weeks. Some could say that is impatient, but I disagree since I asked him to install wordpress for me OVER a MONTH ago, which he has still yet to do. I get it, he's busy a lot, but this is a little ridiculous.

Anyways, I'm not really mad, I'm disappointed, he seems to be pretty pissed though. He is providing us with free hosting which is awesome, but if he hasn't even installed something that I kindly asked for over a month ago, how long will it be before he "fixes" the forums if I don't bug him about it?

If anyone wants to try talking to him about, be my guest! Maybe after a good amount of people msging him about the forums, he'll do something about it to stop the msgs...but that could backfire and he just takes our hosting away, LOL........

The basic framework with CSS is practically complete. There is an issue with a rollover that I can't fucking fix for the life of me. If anyone has a fix, please for the love of god, help me lol D; I consulted with Rebme, but even she can't figure this one out (btw thanks for the alignment trick ww).

I'm already thinking of some minor changes with the general view of the site (i might increase the width instead of having empty columns for 'balance'), but I won't mess with those until much later. There's still a lot to do, tomorrow will probably be a JavaScript day, I'm below a nub when it comes to this shit, but I bookmarked a ton of tutorial sites. The plan is to make a rotating content area (original plan was to make it in Flash, but it seems JS is easier to update than a flash component).

Other things that will need to be figured out and included:
- Forum login/logout/register functionality with the main site.
- Profile and Preferences
- Skins
- Auto-updating Loot Pool
- Auto-archiving news articles

Unsure if I'll be off gambling on Friday night (it's supposed to rain), orientation on Saturday, then to the horse track to gamble, and finish the weekend off with some more gambling at the horse track on Sunday (free admission) lol...

much. As for the "save points" the character data is saved for up to 12 months after
which the character data is deleted.

Interesting tid-bit though. SE has the "ability" to recover data from "12 months" ("'s because I bet it's a lot longer) ago, but from the reasonings above, it seems they don't want to because the work load is "too much", just lazy if you ask me. I mean, they ask for the time, date, and zone when it happened. Whatever, if Aymur rocks or BST ever gets the chance to charm Greater Monsters w/o crazy requirements (using Familiar), I may still come back. Doubtful though.

Ok, so a friend that I haven't talked to in a really long time that I used to play XI with mentioned that it doesn't state anywhere in the ToS for a time duration of when you can do an account recovery unless it happened after some April date, if after the April date, it's 3 months. The general assumption here would be that any date previous to that April date, you can't recover your account. Which to my shock, isn't the case.... o-O!?!?! (Here is where my hopes get really high...)

I re-read the unauthorized access bit at POL and was left somewhat confused, because I had full filled all the requirements except for one, "It is still within 3 months of your account being accessed by an unauthorized third party." I fully understand that I don't full fill this requirement, but I was curious if anything has changed since my last out rage with SE. So, I contacted two GM's, one of them actually knew something about the games mechanics which was surprising. GM Razmig started to explain how the game saves data, every time you zone, etc. blah blah, nothing new to me, but it coming from a GM, GM's that in the past, revealed that they know almost nothing about this game. Anyways, he commented that this is how POL and the Account Administrators rollback your account, from the information they get from the user, matching it up with the closest "saved point" before the account compromise.

It was a pretty interesting conversation, but here is where he killed my hopes, really any hopes of getting my account restored. He mentioned that, yes, SE does store that type of data well over 3 months (3 months is the time frame for recovering a deleted account). I asked exactly how long, he replied "...even if you made this claim in October 2007, you wouldn't be able to retrieve your account" :(

So, instead of giving up, I tried to understand exactly how the "saved points" work. It was pretty strange because it was like I was talking to an actual dev. maybe not for XI but for some other game. Then he mentioned that in other MMO's that he has been apart of (o-o?), those companies don't keep saved data like that, even after 7 days. But here is where I tripped up GM Rizmag. I had this understand of how saved data works, he mentioned that the saved data is discarded, erased, or removed from the games database after a full year. I then asked him about my mule, because my mule was deactivated within the week that I was hacked (my mule was hacked as well). I mentioned that I could reactivate at any point and that last "saved point" that my mule was at would be accessed, even after 2 years. I should have ss'd his comment, he seemed confused, all he could reply back with is that it was possible that the saved point that they use for rolling back accounts is different than the saved point every user accesses when they log in or whatever.

If they aren't different, why would a mule's last saved point be logged (and others) even with 2 years of INACTIVITY, but not my main characters saved points, which has had very low activity? He suggested that I contact POL via telephone or web chat on Monday, which I might say is a bit of a shocker (Here my hope rises). Although, he mentioned that POL will probably give me very little insight and/or help that the chance of me recovering my account is probably impossible, if not indeed impossible (Hope dead...again ;;)

Now, I have this incredibly small, almost insignificant speck of hope that maybe by some chance something can be done, but as GM Rizmag mentioned and my gut feeling and past history with SE, I doubt it ;\ It's worth a try though and I plan on contacting POL come Monday.

Why the fuck is Final Fantasy VI so good?
I've just recently been replaying the game and it's just as rewarding and enjoyable as it was back when it was first released on the SNES. Honestly, I think it's the only Final Fantasy to hold a candle up against Final Fantasy VII, possibly better? Hmmm, I should create a top 10 FF list one day..

Ok, can someone please fucking link me with any credible evidence that FF13 is going to be on the PS3 in the states/europe? I read articles from Gamespot, TM, etc. that only talk about the Xbox360 exclusive, but everyone I talk to says it's still being released on the PS3, not just in Japan but in the states and UK. I ask for confirmation, but I never receive, can anyone give me a confirming source?

I'm still pretty boggled as to why SE is porting it from the PS3 to the Xbox, the only country in which the Xbox exceeds PS3 sales is America (current), I know overall Xbox360 has out sold the PS3, but just looking at charts any moron could figure out that if both systems progress like they have been; PS3 would eventually over throw the Xbox. Is America's money that important or is SE really just trying to break down boundaries? I'm just a fan boy pretty irritated by my maker ;v Heh.

First 3 races I lost on, but won the last 3, but the odds were pretty bad today on all of them so it was a little hard to make anything good with just Win bets. So, as you can see I lost $14 basically, BUT they gave free wallets to the first 3000 people to enter and in some wallets there were free money for betting, free gas money, and free ticket admissions. I lucked out on the free money (sort of), instead I got 2 free tickets in my wallet, which is technically $5 a piece. Now, for the next two times I enter the horse track, I'll start my losses at $9 instead of $14. Good shit :D

Or I could look at it as, I only lost $3.80 today, heh.
Going back tomorrow! And hopefully staying more than 6 races...

In other news, I started playing D2 for some odd reason. I guess DoTA just became too boring after a while, pub games can only be entertaining for so long ;_; Anyways, if anyone wants to play with ladder characters, leave a reply...or if someone wants to static some Hardcore characters, let me know.

As the school year is just around the corner, I have to start budgeting my time and wallet for 8 months. However, this year gas is a full dollar and change up from what it was last year, which has started to worry me. I'm not able to work a great deal every week during the school year because of my schedule, even though last year I was over the state required 15 credits, I still am unsure if I'll have enough time to make enough money for gas every month.

I commute everyday to school, a full week usually warrants me to fill up my gas tank, with gas nearly at $4.00 a gallon and still increasing; I have factored in $5.00 a gallon for most of the year. So, every week will cost me about $50 to fill up, I'll need to raise $200 a month just to cover gas prices, but I have other expenses as well, like insurance and then the random misc. shit, which will put me at about $300 a month for expenses.

$300 really isn't that much, but during the school year I think it will be tough to manage to make that while maintaining my school schedule. It still would be far less cheaper (~$600 cheaper) to commute every day than to live on campus. Having a job at the school only pays minimum wage, while I get paid much more that at my current job, yet with my schedule I can probably only manage 16 hours, possibly 20 to 24 (depending on truck schedules for the store).

Technically, even after factoring in how much money taxes take out of my paycheck, I would come out roughly $10 a head every month working on a 16 hour schedule, but that's a little to close for comfort. Oh how times suck, I thought the whole gas crisis wouldn't effect me and it really hasn't, until now, which has made me pretty angry lol.

The nation has enough coal to bring oil barrels from $145 (current) to $25, lasting 250 years. Although it's just a temporary fix and it does output twice as much CO2 emissions TO CREATE than crude oil, fuck these prices :( Maybe if the US dollar didn't suck so much, I wouldn't be complaining...

Curious to you UK readers, how much has gasoline over there gone up in the last year? I know it has always been relatively high, have you guys also felt this type of sting?

Much better day, got 4/6 races.
Super humid though, which really sucked, made it almost unbearable :V Which has also reminded me, I need a haircut. For the weekend, I ended up in the red, but that's ok I guess, just as long as it doesn't happen all the time, haha.
